About the RoleWe are working with a well-established regional contractor to appoint an intermediate-level Quantity Surveyor or someone looking to take the next step in their career.This opportunity will see you working across a range of new build and refurbishment projects, typically valued between £1m and £10m, supporting both preconstruction and delivery teams.The role offers excellent exposure across the full project lifecycle, making it ideal for someone keen to develop theirmercial skills within a supportive and growing environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with managing project budgets, cost reporting, and forecasts Support the procurement of subcontract packages Prepare and review valuations, variations, and final accounts
