Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + package

A leading, award‑winning, nationwide residential developer offering a permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The role is based from the East London office of a large house‑builder with a strong presence across the UK.
The company builds a wide range of properties from one and two bedroom apartments to five bedroom detached houses and also delivers essential infrastructure such as roads, sewers, landscaping and community facilities to create vibrant communities that integrate with their surroundings.
The role requires an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record working on new‑build residential developments for a reputable house‑builder. RC frame experience is essential.
