Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience in MRT or infrastructure projects to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out quantity take-off and measurement works for construction projects
- Source and evaluate suppliers and sub-contractors for tendering and project execution
- Evaluate and certify sub-contractors’ progress payments
- Handle tender and project administration, including documentation and contract management
- Prepare and submit interim progress claims to the Client
- Review and advise on cost impact of variations for both subcontractors and client
- Liaise with construction teams, consultants and clients on contractual and commercial matters
- Monitor project costs and ensure proper cost control
