Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation. Conduct contract administration and manage variations, interim payments, and final accounts. Monitor project progress and provide accurate cost reporting and forecasts. Evaluate and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers. Ensure compliance with contractual and legal obligations. Perform value engineering and risk assessments to optimize project outcomes. Liaise with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior quantity surveyors (for senior role). Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
