Job Description
Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive tender submissions that meet project requirements and deadlines
- Manage progress claims, variation orders, and finalization of project contracts to ensure accurate and timely payments
- Solicit and compile quotations from sub-contractors and suppliers, ensuring all submissions comply with project specifications and drawings
- Analyze and interpret tender specifications and drawings to support accurate contract documentation and submissions
- Establish and maintain effective communication and rapport with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate certification of claims for payment
- Diploma or Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying, Contracts Management/Administration, or a relevant discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction contract management
