Job Responsibilities
Prepare detailed costing and budgets for solar PV projects Perform quantity take-offs based on drawings and project specifications Support tender submissions and proposal preparation Source and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors Prepare cost comparisons and negotiate for competitive pricing Manage procurement processes including issuing purchase orders Administer contracts, including handling variations and change orders (VOs) Track and monitor project costs against budget Prepare progress claims and verify subcontractor claims Maintain proper cost documentation and project records Work closely with engineering, project, and sales teams to ensure cost accuracy Support post-project cost analysis and reporting Requirements
