Job Description
As a Quantity Surveyor , you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Assist in quantity measurement, BOQ preparation, contract review, cost estimation, final pricing, and document compilation. Attend site briefings if needed.
- Oversee contract administration, material procurement, subcontract management, and cost analysis.
- Source and compare quotations, liaise with suppliers, and monitor project orders.
- Handle progress claims, variation orders, final accounts, and subcontractor payments.
- Manage extension of time, contract terms, and expense claims.
- Support additional quantity surveying tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in quantity surveying, civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of work experiences in quantity surveying
