Produce quantity measurement, Bill of Quantities, and cost estimates within the targeted timeline. Prepare and source for quotations, including preparing the quotation list and documents for quote, calling of quotes, monitoring return quotes, evaluate quotes and giving feedback on status of quote. Liaise with consultants, sub-contractors, relevant authorities, and internal departments in resolving project development and technical issues. Requirements Possess a Degree/ Diploma in Quantity Surveying/ Building or equivalent Minimum 2 years of working experience in Singapore building construction industry with the Main contractor preferred.
