- Review drawings, take off quantities, prepare Bills of Quantities.
- Liaise with the construction team & design team to prepare documents for Request for Quotation (RFQ).
- Source for potential sub-contractors & suppliers and send out invitations for RFQs.
- Organise, compare, analyse and prepare reports for quotations received.
- Coordinate queries and clarifications between tenderers and construction team during RFQ stage including arranging and attending for meetings.
- Assist QS Manager / Contracts Manager in preparation of tender submission.
- Coordinate post-tender interviews between tenderers, construction team, QS team and contracts team.
- Assist QS Manager / Contracts Manager in quantity measurements and cost estimates for administration of sub-contracts, price comparation and negotiation.
