Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and tender documentation.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and material measurement.
- Source and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Manage progress claims, variation orders (VOs), and final accounts.
- Prepare cost comparisons and submit for management approval.
- Liaise with project managers, site supervisors, and clients to ensure cost-effective execution.
- Monitor budget usage and report on financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant contractual and legal requirements.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years experience with solid knowledge of construction processes, tendering, and contract administration.
