Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Attend site show-rounds and site visits for tender and quotation purposes.
- Carry out measurement and quantity take-offs.
- Review tender documents, drawings, scope of works, and specifications.
- Prepare internal Bills of Quantities (BQ) for tender submissions and quotations.
- Request, obtain, and negotiate quotations with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Compile and verify relevant scope of works, drawings, and specifications from suppliers/subcontractors.
- Coordinate site visits with subcontractors and internal operations teams.
- Follow up with clients on tender/quotation status and update the potential project/job list accordingly.
- Prepare progress claims and progress reports for billing submissions to clients or main contractors.
