Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage tender projects and on-going projects from initiation to completion.
- Prepare quantities take-off, cost estimates, and quotation submissions.
- Monitor project budgets and costing to ensure alignment with financial targets.
- Liaise with Site Supervisors and prepare monthly progress claims and variation order submissions.
- Coordinate with Main Contractors on progress payments, payment certificates, and variation order matters.
- Handle procurement of materials, hand tools, and other project necessities.
- Evaluate suppliers’ and subcontractors’ progress payments, variation orders, and final accounts.
- Oversee and finalize the settlement of project final accounts.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
