Key Responsibilities:
Cost Estimation & Planning: Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects and provide budget forecasts.
Contract Management: Oversee contract negotiations, manage tenders, and assess subcontractor agreements.
Financial Reporting: Monitor project costs, control budgets, and prepare regular financial reports.
Valuations: Conduct regular site visits for progress evaluations, prepare valuation reports, and manage payment applications.
Risk Management: Identify project risks and advise on mitigation strategies.
Cost Control: Ensure projects stay within budget by implementing effective cost control measures.
Liaison: Work closely with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in quantity surveying or a similar role.
