General Contract administration and measurement works

Liaise with subcontractor and clients

Ensure timely completion of an assign tender

Updating contract documents, drawings, and correspondences

Other quantity surveyor duties as assigned
Job Requirements
-
Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
-
Minimum 1 year experience in residential housing preferred
-
Proficient in MS Office and other Measurement Software
-
Shows independency ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organise tasks
-
Ability to liaise with consultants, subcons and client
-
Familiar with VOs, Als, EOT and final account work
-
