Responsibilities
- Administer M&E subcontracts from award to completion, ensuring compliance with subcontract conditions aligned with the main contract.
- Assess and certify subcontractor progress claims and invoices, guaranteeing accurate measurement, valuation, and supporting records.
- Manage variations, VO pricing, dayworks, and change control with proper substantiation and contemporaneous records.
- Maintain and update registers for subcontract instructions, variations, claims, drawings, and submission status, and material delivery.
- Track subcontractor submissions, approvals, and delivery status to support valuation, change control, and risk management.
- Maintain proper correspondence and documentation to preserve entitlement and support downstream recovery where applicable.
- Coordinate with site teams, consortium partners, and the Supervising Officer on measurement, valuation inputs, and commercial close‑out.
