- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions
- Perform quantity take-off and material calculations
- Source and evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations
- Prepare claims, variation orders, and final accounts
- Monitor project costs and ensure budget control
- Prepare and amend AutoCAD drawings where required
- Conduct site visits and site measurements where necessary
- Manage contracts and project documentation
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and project teams on costing matters
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or similar role
- Knowledge of construction costing and tendering
- Proficient in AutoCAD and able to read technical drawings
- Strong numerical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
