Job Description Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions Perform quantity take-off and material calculations Source and evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations Prepare claims, variation orders, and final accounts Monitor project costs and ensure budget control Prepare and amend AutoCAD drawings where required Conduct site visits and site measurements where necessary Manage contracts and project documentation Liaise with clients, suppliers, and project teams on costing matterss Requirements Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or similar role Knowledge of construction costing and tendering Proficient in AutoCAD and able to read technical drawings Strong numerical, negotiation, and communication skills Good organizational skills and attention to detail Able to work independently and in a team environment Willing to travel to project sites when required
