Responsibilities
- Responsible for the pre qualification, pre tender, post tender to final account
- Taking off quantities, obtaining quotations from subcontractors and supplier
- Provide estimates and evaluate costing to achieve competitive costing for tender submission
- Estimate, develop & manage construction schedule, method of statement, temporary plan
- Provide, maintain and compile material to be purchased
- Preparation of progress claim, subcontractors payment certification, variations submission to finalisation of contract
- Any other duties that deem required to complete the works
- Diploma/Degree in Building, QS or relevant certificate
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in furniture, interior design / construction industry
- Competent in software skills MS Office and Autocad
