- Prepare detailed cost estimates for MEP projects.
- Perform quantity take-offs for materials and labour required for MEP installations Assist in the preparation and submission of tender and contract documents
- Preparation and submission of progress payment claims and variation orders
- Attendance of site meeting and liaise with the cost consultant
- Evaluation and certification of supplier and subcontractor's claims
- Finalization and closing out of project accounts
- Estimation of quantities, evaluation and cost comparison of sub-contractors quotations
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control throughout project lifecycle.
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents and participate in the procurement process.
