Quantity Surveyor
Role Overview The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing all aspects of cost planning, estimation, and commercial control of construction projects. This role ensures projects are delivered within approved budgets through effective cost management, contract administration, tender evaluation, and financial reporting. The Quantity Surveyor works closely with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to provide accurate cost advice, mitigate financial risks, and support successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities Prepare project cost estimates, budgets, and detailed costing reports throughout the project lifecycle. Source, evaluate, and analyze quotations; conduct price comparisons and prepare comprehensive costing summaries. Prepare and manage tender documentation, contracts, and related contractual documents.
