Job Description
Take off quantities for tender submissions and ongoing projects Attend client meetings and site visits to verify and confirm measurements Prepare and submit progress claims in a timely manner Update, track and manage drawings to ensure accuracy and timely information flow Follow up closely on all quotations issued Maintain proper, complete and well-organised contract documentation
Job Requirements Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Familiar with AutoCAD and able to prepare or update drawings Strong attention to detail with good organisational skills Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines Good communication and coordination skills
