Key Responsibilities 1. Cost Management & Estimation
- Prepare cost estimates , budgets , and tender submissions for construction projects.
- Conduct quantity take-offs , measurements, and cost breakdowns from drawings and specifications.
- Prepare and evaluate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost schedules according to SMM (Singapore Standard Method of Measurement).
- Prepare and review contracts , tender documents , and subcontract agreements .
- Manage contractual claims , variations, and change orders.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore building regulations , BCA requirements, and contractual obligations.
