About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic project team. You will be involved in both pre- and post-contract QS functions across residential, commercial, or industrial projects. Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Contract (Tender Stage):
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ), cost estimates, and tender documents
- Take-off quantities from drawings and specifications
- Source and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
- Conduct budget cost planning and feasibility studies
- Assist in tender clarifications and attend site briefings
Post-Contract (Project Execution Stage):
