Quantity Surveyor
Quantity Surveying: . Review construction plans and preparing quantity requirements. . Projecting cost estimates on various materials needed for a project. . Coordinating with Site Managers, Site Engineers, and other team members to ensure the project is on time and on budget. . Preparing contracts, legal tender documents, invoices, and other documentation. . Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals. . Preparing cost estimates and budgets for construction projects. . Managing contracts and tender processes. . Monitoring project expenses and ensuring adherence to financial plans. . Evaluating progress claims and finalizing accounts.
Qualifications & Experience: . Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. . 5 years' experience in construction industry. . Member of SSSS or related Certificate is an advantage.
