Overall Job Objectives
Assist Tender manager with project tender and to assist Project manager to establish the quantity, unit rate, cost. Manage the procurement, evaluation, claim, payment process and prepare the necessary data for cost reporting.
Core Responsibilities- Participate in the tendering process from start to finish, including selecting bidders, preparing tender documents, submitting tenders, and awarding contracts.
- Take-off quantities and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) along with drawings and specifications for soliciting quotations.
- Source subcontractors and suppliers, measure quantities, and estimate costs for both pre-contract and post-contract phases.
- Negotiate, administer, and monitor pre and post tender/contract activities.
