Position : Quantity Surveyor Location : Beach Road Working hours : 5 Days Work Week - Monday to Friday: 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5,000 Basic + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits Duration : Permanent Industry : Quantity Surveyor
Responsibilities: Prepare tender documents, cost estimates, bills of quantities and contract documentation. Evaluate quotations, negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers, and prepare tender analysis. Handle progress claims, variation orders, cost control and final accounts. Monitor project budgets, cost reports and cash flow to ensure cost effectiveness. Work closely with project teams, consultants, clients and subcontractors on contractual and commercial matters. Review drawings, specifications and contract requirements to identify cost implications. Ensure all contractual documents, claims and reports are submitted accurately and on time.
