Job Description
Our client is in construction industry (Grade A1 Contractor/ Class 1 General Builder) and they provide full suite of integrated construction services and solutions in both the public and private sectors.
JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)- Assist Manager, Quantity Surveying in the pre-contract or post-contract and procurement administration.
- Will be involved in budgeting, controlling of cash flow and cost, processing of claims, contract payments and settlement of final accounts & variation orders
- Possess Degree in Quantity Surveying or Building or its equivalent
- Be able to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Have good knowledge of the market updates and construction cost trend
