Quantity Surveyor — Tendering, Cost & Contracts

Element Materials Technology is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Johor Bahru. The role requires preparing technical proposals, conducting cost analysis, and managing contracts for projects. Ideal candidates will have a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering, with at least 2–3 years of experience in QS or cost management roles, preferably in building or M&E projects. Skills in cost estimation, tendering, and proficient in MS Office and QS software are required.
