Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Singapore QS Team overseeing projects from inception to completion and ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget.
- Prepare cost reports, cost plans, and pre-tender cost estimates during the design and tender stage.
- Review and prepare to cost for request of variation order; assess the associated variation costs, monthly financial report; process of progress payment and final account.
- Work closely with the Project Team to provide cost and financial advice as and when required.
Qualifications
- Recognized degree in Quantity Surveying with relevant working experience in the Construction industry.
- Essentially possess working experience in a cost consultancy/contracts management environment.
- Good working knowledge of standard forms of measurement, CEMS, SMM, or equivalent.
