Job Description
Contract type: Temporary / Fixed-Term
Responsibilities- Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and tender documents for sewage network projects.
- Monitor project budgets and track variations in costs throughout the construction cycle.
- Analyze completed work and arrange payment to contractors and suppliers.
- Evaluate and negotiate contract terms, prices, and amendments.
- Assess and value internal (investigations, linear meters of pipeline covered) and contractor work (CCTV, pipeline repairs) progress for payments.
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to resolve cost‑related issues.
- Conduct site visits to verify quantities and project progress and report based on relevant KPIs to the Project Management team.
