In this role, you may handle smaller projects autonomously or partner with a Senior Quantity Surveyor on complex initiatives. Your expertise in education, heritage, and commercial sectors will be crucial for managing subcontractors, assessments, and effective client communications throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead on sub-contract procurement initiatives
• Manage subcontractor accounts and related variations
• Conduct and manage monthly valuations with clients
• Address and finalize project accounts accordingly
Requirements:
• HNC or construction-related degree preferred
• Familiarity with JCT forms of contract needed
• Full authorization to work in the UK
• Must live within commute of Oxford
