QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

. Collect and handle data, documentations, and evaluate tenders

. Prepare quotations, tender submissions, and analyze contracts

. Create Bill of Quantities, and estimate costs . Assist in quantity measurement and handle ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

. Minimum diploma/degree in Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying or equivalent

. 3+ years' experience in Singapore's construction, engineering, or security system industry (or M&E works tendering process)

. Proficiency in AUTOCAD software

Qualifications:

. Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying

. Applicants with substantial experience will be considered for the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor

. Proactive, good team player with the ability to meet tight deadlines
