Prepared of tender and contract documents. To get and collect the necessary quotation from subcontractors and suppliers for costing purpose. Arrange to invite the Sub-cons quotations and discuss and point out the specifications for sub con's understanding. Preparation of bills of quantities. Preparation to certify sub-contractors claim. Preparing of QS reports and procurement process. Submit the bill of quantity to the client as per target date. Perform the VO work and Cost control of the project.
