Quarry Supervisor – Load & Haul Operations

Stevin Rock is one of the world’s largest quarrying companies, operating one of the highest capacity (70Mtpa) hard rock quarries globally. We are seeking an experienced Quarry Supervisor to join our flagship operation and play a key role in delivering safe, efficient, and high-volume production.
Reporting to the Production Manager, this role is responsible for leading a large-scale load and haul operation, overseeing a fleet of circa 60 haul trucks and associated loading equipment within a fast-paced, high-output open pit environment.
This is a critical frontline leadership position where safety, team management, and operational discipline directly impact production performance across a 24/7 operation.
