The Queen of Hearts is a busy, family‑friendly community pub in a thriving residential area near Daventry Reservoir. With strong all‑day trade, a spacious open‑plan interior, and a large beer garden with a kids’ play area, this pub already attracts families, walkers, locals and social groups throughout the week.
We’re looking for a self‑employed Pub Partner with passion, personality and a community focus to build on the pub’s solid foundations. The site currently averages £16,000 per week with a 60/40 wet-to-dry split, and there’s clear opportunity to grow midweek food sales, boost events and develop the sports offer.
