The Supervisor – QuickBooks will oversee a team of QuickBooks Accountants, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, timely reporting, and compliance with U.S. accounting standards. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to manage multiple client accounts and deliver high-quality virtual accounting services.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively work on QuickBooks, Taxes, and other accounting activities.
- Manage and supervise a team of QuickBooks accountants.
- Review, record, and enter general ledger transactions, including reconciliations.
- Provide superior and responsive professional services for clients.
- Use multiple cloud-based software for tax and accounting, in addition to QuickBooks.
- Work closely with other team members in the US and Pakistan.
- Communicate and interact with clients directly via phone, text, and email.
