Job Description
Responsibilities
- Convert written specifications and construction drawings into quotation.
- Determine the most cost‑effective options to meet project specifications.
- Receive requests and respond to inquiries from customers.
- Meet with vendors/suppliers to build strong and profitable relationships.
- Maintain proper files for product quotes within the company quotation program.
- Communicate critical information to purchasing and field associates regarding vendors, products, pricing, and competitors.
- Facilitate project handoff to contract managers upon job award.
Qualifications
- EIT, CET or PMP graduate, or 3 years’ experience in a related field.
- Strong knowledge of electrical products, including power systems and controls.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
