Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Receive, analyze, and control product input documents, including technical drawings, product standards, customer requirements, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with related departments (Production, Engineering, QA/QC, PIE, Equipment) to implement prototyping, testing, and evaluation of new products.
- Monitor the product testing process, collect data, analyze occurring defects, and propose improvement measures to ensure products meet requirements.
- Support the product transfer process from the development/testing stage to Mass Production, ensuring process stability.
- Coordinate to resolve technical and quality issues during trial runs and improve the manufacturing process.
