Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead NVH design and development activities for automotive components (e.g., mounts, bushings, dampers, isolators).
- Develop and implement NVH performance targets based on OEM requirements.
- Conduct simulation and analysis using CAE tools (e.g., modal analysis, frequency response, durability).
- Oversee testing and validation activities including lab and vehicle-level NVH testing.
- Analyze root causes of noise and vibration issues and implement corrective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, manufacturing, quality, suppliers) for product development.
- Manage prototype development, testing, and product validation cycles.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in NVH performance and product reliability.
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies in NVH.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians.
