Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage project activities, including task allocation, progress monitoring, resource coordination, and ensuring project milestones are achieved on schedule.
- Plan and oversee new product development and production line implementation, including the preparation and management of key quality and process documents such as PFD, PFMEA, and Control Plan (CP).
- Analyze production issues and defects related to SMT and PCBA processes, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Manage 4M changes (Man, Machine, Material, Method), ensuring proper evaluation, approval, documentation, and implementation in compliance with company and customer requirements.
- Supervise, evaluate, and develop team members through performance management and continuous training programs.
