Join Mars as a Manager in our Marketing Insights & Strategy team, a key leadership role within our Analytics & Insights for Mars Marketing (AIM) Center of Excellence.
In this role, you will act as a strategic thought partner to senior marketing leaders. Your mission is to translate complex business challenges into data science problems and, in turn, translate the solutions back into actionable, high-impact business strategy. You will be more than a data expert; you will be a trusted advisor who influences key decisions, from investment choices to long-term brand planning.
