Job Description
Responsibilities
- Schedules and prepares patient for x-ray/ultrasound/mammogram exams.
- Performs imaging procedures either as part of PME packages or per doctor’s request.
- Issues approval to imaging request as appropriate based on our approval guidelines prior to availment.
- Assists doctors in the conduct of ultrasound procedures.
- Prepares images of x-ray/ultrasound/mammogram for doctor’s reading and encodes them accordingly.
- Maintains and performs regular inspection on all imaging equipment.
- Monitors and ensures that imaging equipment/machines undergo preventive maintenance and calibration as scheduled.
- Manages and ensures efficient disposal of various waste materials.
- Maintains records of all daily imaging procedures and prepares daily reports.
