Job Description
This position requires a professional who can competently perform routine and specialized breast procedures, including biopsies and needle localization procedures. The goal is to produce quality images for physicians and other healthcare providers to assist in the diagnosis, treatment, monitoring, and prevention of injury or disease.
Responsibilities
- Perform 16-18 exams per shift, primarily from Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays (1-2 a month).
- Work independently, exercising sound judgment and developed clinical skills to execute safe and precise procedures.
- Deliver accurate results in a timely manner.
- Gain confidence and cooperation from patients, their families/support groups, and other healthcare providers through competent patient assessment, attentive monitoring, and effective communication.
