Job Description

Coverage Needed

  • ASAP - Ongoing
  • Weekend Call: 8 AM - 8 AM
  • Day Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM
  • Weeknight Call: 5 PM - 8 AM

Clinical Details

  • Specialty: Pediatric Interventional Radiology
  • Trauma Level: Level I
  • Setting: Clinic Hours + Hospital Call (On-site)
  • EMR: Epic Radiance
  • Most common procedures: liver and kidney biopsies, abscess drains, LPs (chemo & Spinraza), GT/GJ exchanges, and neph tubes.
  • The average volume is about 500-600 studies per year

Requirements

  • BC/BE in Interventional Radiology
  • Active KY License
  • Certifications: ACLS, PALS
  • Minimum Years of Experience: 2
  • Must be IR Fellowship trained with Pediatric Level I Trauma experience
  • Comfortable with Resident teaching
