Duration: 1 week in November, 1 week in December, and 3 weeks per month Jan 2025 Dec 2025
Reason for coverage: Provider shortage
Schedule: M-F 8a-5p, 30-minute lunch (week long blocks only)

Patient volume: TBD
Scope: 60% IR / 40% Diagnostic. Procedure list TBD
EMR: EPIC
Hospital: 180 Bed Level III Trauma Center (Bassett Medical Center)
Group/support: Other Radiologists / Chief / Director / Manager / Executive Assistant
Requirements (boards, license): Board certified or Truly Board Eligible by the American Board of Radiology. Must have up to date COVID Vaccine and Booster. Active NY medical license
