Job Description
We are seeking a Rail Systems Head as part of our DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH Branch Office. The job opening is located in the Middle East and offers exciting challenges and potential for career growth.
Responsibilities- Lead the systems engineering activities for all rail subsystems during early project stages (Stage 1–3: concept, preliminary design and tender preparation)
- Develop and manage system requirements, system architecture and technical concepts for all rail domains
- Establish and oversee interface management processes between subsystems, infrastructure and external stakeholders
- Guide the preparation of key systems engineering deliverables (e.g. requirements specifications, interface definitions, verification and validation plans)
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and ensure alignment with project objectives, timelines and quality requirements
