Our client in Mozambique is urgently looking for a Works Supervisor for railway works. Candidates should be senior mid‑level technicians with vast experience in railway project management.
Cost and production awareness are key requirements. The client will conduct a monthly planning test, and the results will be used as a basis for the interview.
Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and adaptability to balance team management, productivity and workplace dynamics are required.
