We are bidding for work on the Malolos–Clark Railway Project in the Philippines, and we are seeking suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the role of Railway Project Management Expert/Team Leader (3 person-months).This Job closes on 10 July 2026. Responsibilities:• Provide overall management, coordination, and quality assurance of the consulting team's activities.• Lead the design of standardized consultancy performance management and benchmarking frameworks aligned with client's objectives and requirements.• Guide the integration of project planning, cost management, contract structuring, and monitoring approaches into coherent and practical tools for client's Rail use.• Ensure all reports and deliverables meet the client's quality standards.• Serve as the principal liaison between the Consultant, the client, and other project stakeholders.• Present findings and recommendations during coordination meetings, evaluations, and steering committee sessions.
