Job Summary
Original Sokos Hotel Puijonsarvi, located in Kuopio, is looking for a part‑time, permanent Shift Manager for the bar section of Restaurant Ehtan. The position is full time in terms of responsibilities but part‑time in hours.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach wait staff during the bar shift.
- Ensure smooth shift flow and high customer experience.
- Support team motivation and resolve issues quickly.
- Contribute to overall bar operation and innovation.
Qualifications
- Positive, solution‑oriented restaurant professional with strong stress tolerance.
- Excellent organizational and team‑leading skills in a fast‑paced environment.
- Fluent in Finnish; experience in managerial or coaching roles is an advantage.
Working Hours & Compensation
