About The Role
Reporting to the Operations Engineering Manager, you'll supervise workshop and stone box operations across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People — keeping production running smoothly while leading a team that's proud of what they do.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading daily toolbox meetings and maintaining a safe, high-performing workshop environment
- Monitoring product quality, identifying defects, and driving continuous improvement
- Managing production planning, recording, and reporting to site leadership
